You have to excuse N5EXY, he thinks the rest of the country should be Texas. Probably drives around a Chevy Silverado with a big " SECEDE" bumper sticker on the back.
Some people just cannot accept that Obama won by the clearest margin in twenty years.
That said, there are lots of reasons to hope and pray Obama is a one-termer, but given his record don't ask me how Romney would be much better. Get out the Etch-a-Sketch so he can deny all responsibility for ObamneyCare.

I am astonished that anyone would reminisce on the last year of Boy Bush as being a high point on the nation's economy.
You were losing 750,000 jobs per month, and gas the first half of the year was no bargain. And the Friday night business news was the high point of the week, seeing which major bank the FDIC would declare insolvent.

Gee, I didn't see anyone credit the speculators for the drop.
It is up about a nickel since April 29 in Los Angeles and much of California. I would expect it to be higher by Memorial Day weekend.

Hey N5EXY, does everything have to be about politics? By the way, the price of gas rose steadily and steeply from 2000 to 2008, then it dropped dramatically for a very short time because of the election year. Don't try to rewrite history and try to convince us that gas was cheap in 2007.

Let Bozama take credit for the seven cent drop. Look forward. Never mind four years backward when we had much less than two bucks a gallon. Look forward. Never mind today. Vote nope and change. 182 days until the ejection.

Too little too late. How many people have already lost everything they worked their whole life for, to try and make their families future secure. Is it too late for you or me or maybe the whole Nation? people in the war zones aren't the only ones dying, little by little they suck the life blood out of you until there is nothing left to keep you going. Like leaches the Speculators and unfair profit takers suck the people dry. The politicians most seem oblivious. They talk of service while they smile and shake your hand only to keep you occupied so the thieves can steal your wallet & the politicians keep getting their pay, & give themselves raises. Life long Retirement for one term in Washington. Better Medical care than the rest of us. We die & they laugh & party. Have fun Washington when the Nation collapses maybe you won't have any hidden assets in another country & all you that don't deserve it will lose all the ill gotten gain. Unfortunately you will take millions of hard working Americans down with you. The few can't support All the Mouths that some politicians think we should support with what little we have. Soon if things continue there won't be a middle class in America. It will be a two class system the have & the have not.

Is this true?
Can a Gas Buddy anywhere confirm that the price of gas in their area dropped 7 cents?.. And if 7 cents is the average drop, my math says it must have dropped FOURTEEN cents somewhere.. Anybody?

Yup...Gas has dropped a whole 3% around here in a month.
Meanwhile the price of oil has dropped almost 8%.
Go figure.
