NOPE !

by OriginalBudman  Feb 23, 2013

About the news story about the drunk in Indianapolis riding around on the Walmart scooter, why do you care that the news article is not related to gas prices? At least it's an interesting article. Sure beats a boring article on actual gas prices.

Excellent post on the "working less to save the environment article". Most Americans are working more to make our ends meet.

Saw your post on a mutual's Whiteboard. Man, I have seen some of them IRT, they are out of their minds. Would you be my newest buddy from Detroit?? David...QjQ

again you want as long as you don't have to pay or it. it's an add on not part of the toll road cost. then they should get rid of it if you don't want to pay for it.

by driveonby1  Jan 26, 2013

As others have stated, net cost of these add ons is less with fewer toll workers needed. Oversimplified, maybe, but my main point is that if no one pushes back against ongoing "taxing" of everything we do--and already pay for through taxes--it will grow unabated.

by driveonby1  Jan 25, 2013

Most states already tax for roadway expenses. Most toll roads started as self-paying entities. These add-on fees are just another superfluous tax. They need push-back, or we'll be double-taxed for everything we do, don't you think?

by driveonby1  Jan 25, 2013

Re your comments on the t-pike transponder fees: don't you want someone trying to limit government's reach into our wallets? Ours is a government of checks & balances, is it not?

Thanks for accepting the buddy request and becoming my buddy! Have a Happy New Year, and a prosperous 2013 to you and your family! Have a nice week! Thanks buddy! Ron

A BIG CONGRATS on reaching that 2M mark and your nice new ride! Truly awesome! You're one of only 2,294 of more than 8,000,000 GBs that have accumulated at least 2,000,000 points! Keep going another million or more! Most GBs will never make it to 1M, but you have made it to 2M! Many of the GBs ahead of you have already retired, only 1,720 GBs have made it to 2.25M, and only 1193 have made it to 2.5M! Don't give up now, like so many of the GBs that reached 1M and 2M then retired! Keep going like a PRO Detroit GasBuddy! Have a nice week! Thanks! Ron
