Any Ramen shop that follows the traditional Japanese way of cooking and serving Ramen should have a small bottle of Togarashi on the table. It's similar to adding Roasted (and ground) Chili Flakes to an Italian Dish.

My avatar is a photo of Antelope Canyon in Northern Arizona. It is a narrow "slot" canyon with near noon sun shining down. I didn't take it, it is a commercial photo. I liked your snow flakes and wanted to be buddies!
