Thanks! I did already know that the SA in Rosemount is a Franchise and not a corporate store, as noted in my post. That usually works to my advantage when I get surprised by a spike. I still have a chance to fille up on spike day at the Rosemount SA with my estimated discount of about 7%.

Did you ever notice the Buddy Request I sent you quite a while ago? Probably when another local topic was being discussed - maybe the rebranding of the Rosemount SA?

Congrats on winning the gas card. It's nice to see locals win. I'm in east Apple Valley. Also, what's the deal with the Rosemount SA at 2.89 while everyone else is around 2.69? Wonder if they put put up an 8 instead of a 6? Wierd.
