Yup they want local deliveries on documents 50% cheaper than other customers in Calgary etc. I charge a good customer $9.95 for delivering within 4 hours, they want it at $5.00 within 3 hours. They cost more to service and are more than a pain in the butt. I tod them no! my competitor said yes, because he licks everyone's butt. His drivers are complaining, mine are not!
