Rather dismaying to hear that the current (6 months to prepare) TTC report has quite common sense( what they should already be doing) recommendations. The report ignores that the arrogance of the TTC unionised staff is main culprit of customer complaints. The TTC compared to most other oversease transit services is far behind in all areas. They talk green yet still run diesel buses.Family pass that is unavailable weekdays is typical TTC service.
