I was in stop and shop the other day, and picked up a flier about preparing for a Flu Pandemic.

The idea is to keep about 2 weeks worth of food, medical supplies etc if a pandemic is going to occur.

This is the first time that I've seen such information, which does follow similar lines to the preparations that should be made for a severe winter storm.

Has anyone else seen something similar.

History has taught us to be prepared, be as clean as possible (washing hands especially and cover your mouth& nose when sneezing). Just use common sense.

The only thing I have heard is to keep your hands washed and clean. Stay away from crowds.
