I am on my 2nd set of 225/70R14 Firestone Destiny LE(all season) for SUV or pickup truck tires. tires are quiet & has fairly good tread wear(60K miles) . it is night & day compared to the stock set.

I am getting about 75K miles each set. right now I am at 70K miles & has 5K more miles.

when I ask the tire place I bought my tires they say that they are out of stock on Firestone Destination LE for 1-2 months now, only has Firestone Firehawk Indy 500( this is a performance tire) for the same size.

I read reviews on tire . Indy 500 are good for a few inches of snow but shorter tire life.

any suggestions on replacement 225/70R14 tire that has a good tread wear & quiet all season tires???

we will see if the Michelin tires will last at least 80K miles based on the warranty.

The original Dunlap tires on my 2005 Tacoma were crap...went almost bald in about two years.

I replace them with Pro Comp Radial All Terrains three years ago and they still look like they have 3 more years on them!! Great tires!

I have always run Michelins on my Toy pick-ups. Had a 1985 Toyots X-tra Cab 5-Speed and now a 2002 Tacoma 5-Speed. I usually get 60,000+ on a set of Michelins.
