The price of fuel at the pump is increasing and it is ‘still’ too high!

The price of fuel is now controlled by the rate that refineries are run. As of last week, west coast refineries were running at just over 80% of capacity. They reduce their supply, there happen to be a LOT of fuel users out here so demand is always high and thus, they crank up prices, due to "supply and demand" issues. Local station around me are going up 5-7 cents a day and the average prices are now higher than they were before crude prices dropped 20%. Until people finally decide they've had enough, it will do nothing but get worse...
