Prices are definitely trending higher again, with wholesale prices up some 6-cents compared to last week. Gasoline prices will slowly rise this weekend just about everywhere. Prices have already risen as much as 30-cents per gallon in the Midwest, with Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky all showing higher prices overnight. By next Monday, the U.S. average will rise to $2.698 while prices in Canada will remain relatively stable near 101c/L. However, there will be exceptions.
