Yes. Rotate every 5 to 6K and re-balance every 10 to 12K miles. Adds years of life to your tires and makes your vehicle much safer, especially with proper balance.

Only if their showing abnormal wear patterns...every time you rotate the tires you run the risk of improper torquing of the lug-nuts resulting in warped rotors.

Yes, every 5000 miles. It was funny; I had my tires rotated with the deal I have at the tire shop. When I got my oil changed last week at the dealership; they rotated my tires as part of the service. They had to go back and un-rotate them. Ha,ha.

Yes it varies from about 4000 to 10,000 miles or when ever I get into the midwest and find a Americas Tire or Discount Tire as they will do it for free when you buy a set of tires.
