More disturbing than the non disclosure of information, is the fact that an HR director who has worked for 2 years is paid $130+k AND is given 2 years severance. Something is definitely fishy in Burnsville.

I can only speculate that she is being paid to go away to avoid a lawsuit or something???

Even if the court compelled them to disclose the required information, when dealing with governments the people who ignored the law are never punished.

WR-INC - Why do people and businesses think they are above the law? While you have limited options when you see someone speeding recklessly, at least with apparent violations of the Minnesota Data Practices Act by units of government (which the PiPress article mentions), you have some options.Under Minn. Statutes 13.08, Subd. 2, a District Court may issue an injunction and under Subd. 4, actions to compel compliance may be brought in District Court.
