I'm using a Blackberry Torch. Whenever I get an award level notification the phone completely locks up. This happens every single time I get a new award tier level. Please work on this.

This was an issue with the app; however, it is now fixed in the past two releases.

Sure it isn't just a issue with RIM?

I think Blackberry has some major issues.
